If you’re looking for a caravan that is larger than some Mobile Homes, this caravan and awning set up may just be what you’re looking for! This is a premium model Tabbert Vivaldi twin axle caravan at just over 27ft long & 8.2ft Wide (one of the largest tourers you can buy), and comes with a brand new all season Camptech awning at a cost of nearly £1,000. This awning has been chosen specifically with the Spanish climate in mind and will last for many years on this permanent set up.

The caravan is completely original and hasn’t been altered or compromised in any way. It doesn’t need to be, as the layout is perfect ‘as is’, with a fixed double bed at one end, and a u-shaped lounge at the other which converts into a double bed. Moreover, there is a separate dining area which converts into a single bed for additional guests. The toilet, shower and electrics are all connected to the campsites main supplies and waste.

Don’t confuse this caravan with the typical caravans that come up for sale in Benidorm! For comparison; an average sized twin axle tourer is 24ft long x 7.7ft wide (which is why you’ll generally find that the awnings have been converted for extra space). And, unlike some of the cheaper model caravans, this Tabbert has been hand crafted with premium materials. The fixtures and furniture are made of solid beech wood and the upholstery is finished in an Ivory/cream leather throughout. This caravan has a fully working kitchen, heating & air conditioning, mosquito blinds and sun shades on all windows and door.

The awning has been done simply, and is ready for you to put your own stamp on it. Some will prefer it as it is, as they’ll primarily use the caravan as living space due to the size. This is a low maintenance option and the awning sides can be folded away or removed to create a larger outdoor space, but with the added bonus of providing shelter from the sun or the occasional downpour we have.

But, for those who want to create even more living space – with semi permanent floors and cladding, this can also be done as this is a permanent plot.

This plot is an exclusive, permanent and much sought after corner plot, meaning you’re free to come and go as you please, or live on site as a resident*. Site fees for this plot are 435€ per month (approx £366.00) payable every 6 months, but with a 250€ discount if paid yearly. The caravan can be moved to a larger plot if you prefer.
