5th wheel is an American made Keystone Xtreme Lite, with single slide out.

It has had a lot of work and improvements since I have owned it , most of it done in the last year before we left-

Professional Solar system install, all parts fitted were new last August at cost of 2K, which included
4 Trojan 6v batteries, each with 225 a/h,
2 240w Solar panels
60 amp Solar controller and extra internal display panel
3000w-6000w peak Pure sine wave invertor
Best quality cables, wiring and trip fuses all installed neatly in one of the side storage cupboards.
It is a fantastic setup that has allowed us to camp on beaches for as long as we want, system runs the entire 5th wheel
including the fridge, microwave tv’s etc all day and night with no issues of low power at all, as long as there is 3.5 hours of sun on the clean ! panels then batteries are maintained perfectly.

The 5th wheel had all the sealant removed and replaced with sikoflex, to ensure a perfectly clean and water tight seal throughout.

All blinds were replaced with Quality made to measure units, and fly screens installed.

All 4 tyres were replaced in Sept 2017 with heavy duty Hankook commercial tyres, and are as new.

Braking system was completely stripped down and rebuilt, including new wheel bearing (x8)

Water heater was serviced, and had Immersion heater, gas valve and anode replaced.

Work tops and table top were changed for Oak, and slide-out was refitted with Oak paneling and trims.

A new water pump was installed (old one is here as a spare)

Aircon was serviced Sept 2017.

New 3 step steps were installed , and a large grab handle, as we have 2 young children, which made it much safer for them to step in and out of Rv.

All lights in and out are now LED, awning lights are controlled by electronic switches mounted inside front door.

Plug sockets were changed for brushed stainless ones with built in USB chargers.

The entire RV was machine polished and treated prior to trip, and still looks fresh now, including new decals.

Outside pull out awning fabric was replaced Sept 2017, also supplied with large Omnistor full awning.

New King size memory foam mattress was installed Sept 2017

New 36 inch Panasonic smart TV /DVD installed and hard wired to wifi booster.

We have just had replaced the flooring in the lounge and dining area with a quality carpet.

We had a 3 bike cycle rack fitted to rear of RV Sept 2017.

5th wheel is ready to hook up and travel, nothing needs doing at all.

It has tracker installed and is registered with Cris in my name. All manuals and paperwork available
