The caravan is a tandem axle with a length of 811 cm and a width of 248 cm, empty weight 1480 kg and maximum loaded weight 2000 kg. The type is: LMC 610 P1.
Equipped with double tandem axle movers. Caravan is built in 2004 and has Dutch registration and papers.
The layout is very spacious with a round seat, toilet, shower, kitchen, bedroom with two separate beds, television and satellite.
Everything is very complete, solidly executed and in excellent condition. We are careful with it.
The caravan is currently on the campsite in Spain/ Benidorm.
In Spain you can now view and assess the caravan yourself.
A complete and beautiful combination to use, for example, in Spain or to travel with it!
The awning and luggage tent are quick and easy to disassemble.
Points of attention:
The caravan has been “still” for 7 years, so replace the tires and mover battery and check the brakes before driving it.
The left side city light/unit, on the outside of the caravan, needs to be replaced.
The refrigerator in the caravan is not functioning properly.

De caravan is een tandemasser met een lengte van 811 cm en breed 248 cm, leeggewicht 1480kg en maximaal beladen gewicht 2000 kg. Het type is: LMC 610 P1.
Is voorzien van dubbele tandemas movers. Caravan is van het bouwjaar 2004 en heeft Nederlands kenteken en papieren.
De indeling is zeer royaal met een rondzit, toilet, douche, keuken, slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden, televisie en satelliet.
Alles is zeer compleet, degelijk uitgevoerd en verkeerd in prima staat van onderhoud. Wij zijn er zuinig op.
De caravan staat momenteel in Spanje/ Benidorm op de camping.
In Spanje kunt u nu bij ons de caravan ook zelf bekijken en beoordelen.
Een complete en mooie combinatie om bijvoorbeeld te gebruiken in Spanje of ermee te gaan reizen!
Voortent en bagagetent zijn vlot en eenvoudig te demonteren.
Punten van aandacht:
De caravan staat sinds 7 jaar “stil”, dus wel de banden en moveraccu vervangen en de remmen nakijken voor u ermee gaat rijden.
Het linker stadsverlichtings lampje/unit, aan de buitenzijde van de caravan, moet worden vervangen.
De koelkast in de caravan functioneert niet goed.
