There is a new leather L shape sofa and dining table in the lounge and a Satellite dish provides UK TV in both the lounge and bedrooms. Fibre optic internet is connected.

Outside new artificial grass surrounds the caravan with a large new shed washing machine and extra storage, Gazebo and a six seater wicker dining table and chairs. A large gas BBQ purchased last year for 500 euro is also included.
The caravan is located on a large sought after plot on the sunny side of the street and benefits from a parking space on the pitch. Toilets and showers are close by. Site fees are 15.50 euro per night which includes 2 units of electricity a day. Dogs are allowed on the site and dog walking areas are provided.
