Selling our “Dethleffs 2007” Caravan which is sited on “Camping Almafra – Benidorm” comes with the Awning which is fully furnished, Kitchen (In Awning) with all appliances, Fridge, Fridge Freezer, Gas Cooker, Microwave,
Pots/Pans, Dishes, etc, In the Lounge area you have the Cabinet, TV, 3 Piece Suit, Coffe Table, etc – as shown in photos. You also have the additional Toilet & Shower that has been extended on to the awning, Outside
shed where the Tumble Drier is kept plus ample storage space in the shed for storing garden furniture etc when not using the van. Also with the van comes 2 x Floor Standing Fans + Desk top fans, 2 x gas fires.
The TV has UK/Freeview channels, this is only a monthly pay basis “with no contract” you only pay for the months you are using it at 30.00 EURO month. example: when we go to Benidorm i call in by the shop on my way to the van
pay 30.00 Euro and the TV Channels are switched on for a Month, after a month it automatically gets turned off unless you extend for another month. So if you are back in the UK for a couple of months you pay nothing until
you go back and ask for it to be turned back on. The Fridge, Cooker & Sink in the van has never been used since New as there has been no need for them everything you need is in the Kitchen Area of the awning.
Van has been on Almafra since New. The Original Awning supplied with the Van from New is stored away under the seats. The seating area in the van also folds down to double bed giving you a double bed each end of the van
You could if required, sleep someone comfortable on the Settee in the awning when guests arrive. Floor of the awning is all tiled as seen in the photos. All you need to do is take your clothes and start enjoying yourself.
