As Oasis Parks Albir was built in the 80’s, it benefits from a Residential Licence and around 90% of the people who own caravans and mobile homes on here live her all year round.

On the other hand, Camping La Colina is officially classed as a Holiday Campsite. Yet, as well as having those who use it as a base to holiday from, there are a number of those that live on site all year or for long term periods. La Colina is a modern campsite having only been built in the last 10 years.
