Sterling Elite Explorer caravan with a top quality Inaca awning on a permanent pitch with a fully fitted sun screen over the top.
Caravan has an island double bed and a single bed. Single bed can easily be changed to a double.
There’s a plumbed in toilet with a sink and cabinets, shower room, gas fire, large wardrobe, 2 hanging wardrobes and loads of cupboards and storage.
Awning roof and sides all insulated, cladded and fully wired with sockets and lights. The floor is tiled with insulation and laminate over the top. There’s professionally fitted double glazed windows and patio doors with mosquito screens.
Fully fitted kitchen with plumbed in sink. a 2 ring gas hob, microwave and electric oven. There’s also a 42 inch tv and a portable aircon.
Outside is a large sunny garden, astro turfed with a table, chairs BBQ etc. an outside tap, automatic watering system for the plants and a sliding cover to block the sun in the summertime. There is a FreeSat dish setup for English tv and wired into the awning and caravan. Internet is also available.
The site fees are €398 month or you can pay yearly and save €200. Change over fee is €400 shared by me and buyer.
Benisol is a lovely site with great amenity’s, beautiful pool area and inside heated pool.
