The ground rent is paid up until January 2021 saving the potential buyer £2000 in ground rent if bought now (July 20), I am only selling because of ill health.

Caravan sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 single beds in end bedroom and large double bed at the front of van, also bathroom with mains connected toilet and wash tap to sink.
Awning has full kitchen utilities installed at one end including nearly new full cooker, sink with mains connected tap, separate gas hob, microwave, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils, etc. and fridge freezer.
At the other end of the large awning is a square dining table and 4 chairs, there is a large sofa bed in the middle of the awning and opposite that on a unit is a nearly new 32 inch TV which is connected up to a fully working sky box and DVD player.

The awning is fitted with a large double sliding storm door which is fitted with a security lock and the main lights in van and awning are all fitted with LCD bulbs.
The van has a Panasonic air conditioner fitted in the back bedroom and the awning has a high quality Dutch air condition piped in from a large unit under the van, with the van fully boxed in with plastic cladding facia and a removable access point fitted at the rear of the van.
The large outside area of the plot has a table and chairs, a bench, plants, 2 new false hedge fences to the front and a large outside sink and tap fitted to the side of the shed.
There are 4 LPG gas bottles at the back of the awning, 1 for the cooker which is full, 1 for the gas hob which is nearly full, 1 spare which is full and unused, an 1 spare which is over half full, there is also an LPG gas bottle on the heater in the awing with some gas still in it, so plenty of gas.
There is everything you need to live here including a nearly new hoover, brushes, mop, iron, iron board, buckets, bowls etc, just bring your clothes an move in.

I am asking £11,500 for this, but if you count the 6 months ground rent already paid up front with nothing to pay until January 2021, you are actually only paying £9,500.
Camping Benisol is an exceptionally friendly campsite and the neighbours to my plot are really nice people, so much so that when I could not look after myself because of ill health, they looked after me, done my shopping, and cooked all my meals for me and brought them to my awning for 2 months, I would not have survived without them and I will be eternally grateful to them.
