In front of a window between the cupboards is a shelf/dressing table. Either side of the bed are shelves over which are suspended stylish reading lights. The en-suite comprises large shower cubicle, flushing toilet, and hand basin, also expel-air. A small heater operated by remote control will provide heat or simply a cool air circulation.

The lounge area has modern glass fronted furniture which also has a matching TV unit, a large settee doubles as a bed (if necessary) and a table with four dining chairs. There is a cupboard with ample hanging space and storage for ironing board, floor brush etc.

The separate kitchen has good storage, cupboards and a set of large IKEA drawers. There is a large fridge freezer, microwave, full size oven and gas hob, one of the kitchen windows looks out over Salt Lake.

A reverse cycle air-conditioning unit has been fitted keeping the inside area cool in the height of summer and also provides heat when necessary at an economical cost. During the refurbishment insulation was fitted into all walls and also the ceiling.

A large covered, decked area provides dappled shade.

On the friendly site there is a bar restaurant, and two beautiful swimming pools, tennis, and boule courts. The beach just 10 minutes away.

It’s a very simple change of ownership done in the camp office, no solicitors fee or legal costs. The monthly fees are 237 euros plus water and electricity. (site/pitch fees are paid until August the 11th)
